Hi Louise, love the tractor story. I remember a hotel experience that came to mind with your post. Flew into Indianapolis for a conference late one Monday, wanting to get to my room. Hotel had somehow messed up the reservation, and there was no room; I was tired, and frustrated, but, they reponded with care, placed me in a hotel near by, paid for the room that night, booked me back into the hotel the next day, Vice-President of Public Relations came to my room the next afternoon with a letter of apology, and a basket of fruit. Would I stay there again? Of course! Their obvious attitude was “It’s not about us, it’s about him.”
